		<description>Taking care of our bodies is essential, exercising is something that has to be approached with a positive attitude.  There are some people that absolutely love to exercise, while others struggle with even finding the motivation to get to the gym.  I believe you have to find something that you enjoy swimming, walking or lifting weights and develop a commitment and compassion for it.  Along with exercise you need to make the right choices regarding your diet.  Eating healthy is definitely a start in the right direction.  Be motivated and be excited the results will start to show.</description>
