If you burn more calories then you take in, you will lose weight! So many people think that going on fad diets will be the answer to their weight problems, but the reality is that physical activity is also required. 

Forgot the fad diets. Eat smart, eat healthy, and live healthy. Exercice and burn more calories then you take in. If you do that, you&#039;ll lose weight. Guaranteed.</description>
